These terms govern your use of Pickup Scheduler (“the app”), a Shopify app that lets merchants offer in-store pickup scheduling to their customers. By installing or using the app, you (“the merchant”) agree to these terms.
The app lets you mark products as available for pickup, define available pickup dates and timeslots, and view upcoming pickup orders in a dashboard. Customers select a pickup date and time before checkout; the order itself is still placed and paid for through Shopify’s normal checkout.
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the pickup slots, capacity, and lead-time settings you configure, and for how you represent pickup availability to your customers. You’re also responsible for your own store’s compliance with laws that apply to you, including how you communicate pickup terms to your customers.
For the personal data the app processes on your behalf — primarily a customer’s name and email on orders that include a pickup date — you are the data controller and we act as your data processor. We process that data only to provide the app’s functionality, as described in our Privacy Policy, and only for as long as necessary or until you or your customer requests deletion.
If the app offers paid plans, charges are billed through Shopify’s Billing API according to the plan you select at installation. Pricing, trial terms, and any changes to them will always be shown to you through Shopify’s standard billing flow before you’re charged.
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we’re not liable for lost sales, missed pickups, or other indirect damages arising from use of the app, to the extent permitted by law.
You can uninstall the app at any time, which ends these terms between us. Data handling after uninstallation continues to follow our Privacy Policy, including automatic redaction of customer personal data per Shopify’s data protection webhooks.
If these terms change, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium.
